OLOG SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

    3. $1,000 Scholarships Available

    4. Apply in time for your next semester/term

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

A. Applicant Responsibilities:

    1. Applicant to complete and submit application in a timely manner.

    2. Applicant to submit proof of acceptance to college, university, or trade          school.

    3. Applicants will have an interview with the Pastor and 2 Committee                Members. (applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview).

B. All applicants will be considered and interviewed.

C. Applications will be accepted throughout the school year.

D. Two (2) Local Community scholarships will be considered if funds are                 available per year.

E. Scholarships are available to all those intending to further their education at      any of the following:

    1. Community College

    2. University

    3. Trade School

    4. Continuing Education

F. All applicants can reapply each year, if they are enrolled in                                   Associates/Bachelors/Masters program and GPA is above 3.0.

G. All Scholarship monies will be issued to the school where the applicant has been accepted. Monies WILL NOT be paid directly to any applicant/student.

H. Scholarship amounts issued will be based on the following:

    1. Cost of program per year.

    2. Length of time to complete degree or trade school.

    3. Approval of application and interview.

    4. Availability of Funds.
